Registration Requirements

Please complete the identification form and clinical questionnaire. These will be sent by e-mail from the admissions department after the registration request.

Pre-school

  • Copy of the latest report card
  • Copy of the student’s birth certificate
  • Copy of official identification of parent or tutor and the persons who will pick up student
  • Copy of telephone bill or electricity bill
  • 3 small color photographs (tamaño infantil

  • Copy of pre-school certificate or certificate of previous school year
  • Copy of student’s birth certificate.
  • Letter of good conduct.
  • Copy of official identification of parent or tutor.
  • Copy of telephone or electricity bill.

    • Middle school

  • Copy of elementary school certificate.
  • Copy of student's birth certificate.
  • Copy of official identification of parent or tutor.
  • Telephone or electricity bil.
    • *For 8th grade all of the above plus the report card from 7th grade, for 9th grade all of the above and the report card of 7th and 8th grade

    High school

  • Student’s birth certificate - original and four copies
  • Middle school certificate - original and four copies
  • Official identification of parent or tutor
